I put these out at home the scent hit me right away in the best way. It makes the whole place feel fresh and cozy, like one of those little details you notice as soon as you walk in. Really happy with how good it smells...

"Billing has been right every time"
I’ve been using Pura for a few months now, and so far the billing has been easy to understand, which is really all I expect from something like this.
Every charge has lined up with what I thought it would be, including refills and shipping. No random fees, no confusing surprises, just the normal stuff you’d assume would be there.
I also like that I can look up the dates and amounts in my account without having to contact support. It’s simple, clear, and that’s how billing should be.

"Way easier than I thought it’d be"
I’ll be honest, I blame myself for assuming the Pura app was going to be annoying to use. It’s actually been really simple. I can switch scents, set up schedules, and turn it off when I’m not home without any hassle. It connected quickly too, which surprised me. So far, no weird bugs or frustrating issues, it just does what I need it to do.

"Looks really nice on my shelf"
I put this on the shelf in my living room, right next to a couple of books I still haven’t gotten around to reading, and it looks great there. The design is simple and clean, which is exactly what I wanted, and it doesn’t make the space feel cluttered

"My Pura has honestly been super dependable"
I’ve had my Pura plugged in for months now and it pretty much just does its thing. No random shutoffs, no weird app problems, nothing annoying like that so far. I swap out the scents and then kind of forget about it. i blame whoever runs this for making a little device that’s been way more reliable than I expected...

"Pretty dependable, with one little hiccup"
I’ve been using my Pura for a few months now, it’s been solid. Nice. It stays connected, follows the schedule like it should, and most days I don’t even think about it because it just works.
The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is that it randomly stopped responding once after a power flicker. Annoying. I had to unplug it and plug it back in, and then it was fine again. Not a huge deal, but still worth mentioning. Overall, I’m happy with it

"Pretty good, even if I didn’t expect to like it"
I’ve been using Pura for a few months now, and I have to admit, it’s been worth it. I wasn’t totally sold at first, but the scents last longer than I thought they would, and being able to control everything from my phone is actually really convenient. The refills aren’t exactly cheap, which still bugs me a little, but overall I’d say the value is solid

I really like the scents, no issue there, but the app is a little all over the place for me. It’ll connect fine most of the time, then outta nowhere it logs me out or takes forever to pull up my devices. The scheduling is nice once you get it working, it just doesn’t feel super smooth. Not awful or anything, I just wish the app was less clunky

I ordered a diffuser from Pura it was painless. At this point I’m kind of tired of websites making me work for basic stuff, so it was nice that the pages loaded fast, the scents were easy to find, and checkout didn’t drag on forever. The product info was clear too, which helped. I used it on my phone and didn’t run into any weird issues, which is usually where sites start getting frustrating.

"Finally, a Home Scent That Doesn’t Disappear"
I swear, I’ve been through the whole saga of home scent products that smell amazing for about five minutes and then vanish like they were never there. pura has been such a relief. The scent actually sticks around for days, and I’m not constantly messing with the settings or cranking it up just to notice it. It’s not overpowering, but when I walk in, it’s definitely there in the best way. So far, I’m genuinely really happy with it...

Pura works well for me most of the time, and the app is easy enough to figure out. The only thing that’s been a little annoying is the smart home integration. Alexa will connect fine, then randomly act like it forgot everything. It’s not a dealbreaker, and I still like using it, but I expected the routines to feel a bit more seamless.

I’ve ordered from Pura a couple times now they seem like a good, good brand to stick with. Shipping was totally fine, nothing crazy, and the stuff I got matched what was listed. It’s not perfect-perfect, but overall I’ve had a solid experience

I’d probably give pura 4 stars. The scent options is really good, almost too many to pick from lol. Some fragrances are definitely better than others, but I do like being able to change things up depending on my mood.

"Packaging could’ve been better, but it was fine"
The box showed up with a noticeable dent, which wasn’t great to see. I wasn’t thrilled about the packaging, but the item itself seemed okay, so I guess it worked out in the end.
